 How to pay for your reservation:

Please note that a minimum 50% deposit for any accommodation booked is required within 5 days of making your booking, alternatively your booking will be released.
All accommodation must be paid in full before arrival.

Option 1: Credit Card

• Fax, email or call us with your credit card details.

Option 2: Direct Deposit

• If you do not have a credit card, you will be required to make a cash deposit into The Pips Place Trust bank account within 5 days of making the reservation,or your booking will be released.
• Fax your deposit slip to  +27 (0) 21 853 7904
• Please include your surname as a reference number on the deposit slip.

Terms and Conditions:

• Accommodation will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
• The rates quoted are per apartment, per night.

Cancellations:

• A cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival date will entitle you to a full refund of the money’s paid, minus bank charges upon written request.
• A cancellation made within 30 days of arrival date will result in the forfeit of the full accommodation. 
  You are more than welcome to make a substitution.
